Before the build starts, you’ll fill out an onboarding questionnaire covering your branding, your process, and access to your Dubsado account. That takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
Then we meet for a two-hour mapping call. This is where we walk through your entire client journey together. I ask questions, you share how you work, and by the end I have everything I need to build without coming back to you every five minutes.
If you have PDFs you share with clients (welcome guides, style guides, prep documents), you’ll send me links. If you have email copy you’ve been using, you can share that too, but you don’t have to. Writing emails that sound like you is part of what I do.
After the mapping call, the build is on me. You get updates, but you’re not doing the work.
Total time commitment: roughly 3 to 4 hours on your end for a complete, tested, ready-to-use Dubsado system.

Once the system is built, we schedule a review call. We go through every form, every email, every workflow together. I walk through your client journey the same way your actual clients will. If anything needs to be tweaked, I make those changes.
Then we schedule the offboarding call. This is where it gets real. We run through the system together using a test client so you can see every step happen in real time (with me there to explain, answer questions, and make sure you actually understand what you’re looking at and how to use it).
After the call, you get a recording of the session plus a step-by-step plan for getting up and running in the next 30 days. You also get access to my Client Help Hub for quick answers so you’re never stuck waiting on me.

How long does the whole process take?
Most builds are completed within 2 to 3 weeks from the mapping call. Timeline can vary depending on the complexity of your process and how quickly assets come in.
Will my emails sound like me?
Yes. That’s one of the most important parts of the build. If you have existing email copy, share it and I’ll match your voice. If you don’t, I write from scratch based on how you talk and what you shared in our mapping call.
What if I’m not sure if my process is ready?

Can I control what goes out automatically and what doesn’t?
Completely. We build your automation level into the setup. You decide what runs on its own and what needs your approval first.
