Hey there! I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and researching about starting a podcast. I finally just decided to do it and share my knowledge and everything I’ve learned in the last three years. I’m helping creative business owners to systemize and automate their businesses so they can work less, make more, and wow clients.
Welcome to the Systems for Creatives Podcast
And before I dive into the awesome content that I’ve got planned for this podcast, I just thought it’d be a great thing to do to introduce myself, tell you a little bit about me, what I’m thinking for this podcast, and what you can expect from it.
A Bit About Me
Honestly, I’m just hoping to create a conversation with you all. Social media is not my jam so much, but I love to talk, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to share my knowledge with you all.
Who Am I: Amy Gould, System Strategist
Alright, so I kind of told you what I’m going to talk about, but let’s get into it a little bit more. So first of all, who am I? And why should you listen to me? More importantly, who am I as a person?
In the realm of business, I am Amy Gould, a system strategist. My role is to assist creative entrepreneurs in systemizing their businesses, introducing automation and ease into their operations. The ultimate goal is to liberate them from the burdensome admin tasks and reignite their passion for their business.
My Primary Platform: Dubsado
My primary platform for working with clients is Dubsado, a client relationship management tool. It’s an all-in-one solution that centralizes client information, project details, and allows seamless booking of appointments and sending proposals and contracts.
Beyond Dubsado: Embracing Automation
Apart from Dubsado, I also work with other platforms like Zapier, connecting various software tools to create comprehensive automations. ClickUp, a project management tool, is another favorite of mine. These platforms, including ConvertKit, form the core of my working environment.
My Life Outside Work: Balancing Act
Beyond my role as a business owner, I reside in the serene coastal town of Grand Haven, Michigan. Here, I share my space with an incredible family of seven rescue pets, a mix of cats and dogs. I cherish spending time with them and staying active with yoga, running, and strength training. My passion for continuous learning leads me to read and indulge in self-improvement resources.
A Vision of Streamlined Business
This podcast is a space where I share strategies, tips, and hacks to systemize your business and transform it into a well-oiled machine. While Dubsado will be a recurring topic, we’ll explore various aspects of creating a streamlined, automated business. Ultimately, I aim to help you work less, make more, wow clients, and relish the freedom to focus on what matters to you.
Conclusion: Let’s Keep the Conversation Going
Stay tuned for upcoming episodes where we’ll delve deeper into the world of systems, automation, and creating an exceptional client experience.
