As a systems strategist, I routinely get TONS of questions about what I do, and, more importantly, how I can help busy entrepreneurs. Today, I thought it would be the perfect time to detail five things I wish my clients knew about how a systems strategist can help them save their valuable time and become more productive in their businesses!

Without further ado, here are five things I wish my clients knew.
1. You shouldn’t feel like you’re drowning in tasks every day.
One of the most important things I wish my clients knew is that it’s not normal or necessary to feel like your endless to-dos are consuming you every day—especially those repetitive tasks that make you feel like you’re pulling teeth!
Feeling this way not only hampers your productivity but can ultimately lead to a lost passion for your business—or even an inability to progress in your business because you’re so consumed by the little things.
2. Running your business with spreadsheets is so 2000s and is eating up your valuable time.
I know, I know—being a business owner requires you to organize EVERYTHING—and somehow, all of the important details and tasks your business encompasses probably ended up in a spreadsheet of some sort.
But, over the past several years, so many softwares, (including Dubsado and ClickUp) have come out to help automate your business and serve as a personal assistant to help you automate to-dos and get time back in your day (not to mention, helping you keep everything organized in a way that actually makes sense.)
I’ve had several clients who worked with me to build systems after burning out repeatedly while running their businesses entirely from spreadsheets. One major area of hesitation that I run into with potential clients involves them thinking systems they can use to uplevel their business (such as Dubsado or ClickUp) will be expensive to maintain—however, that couldn’t be further from the truth!
