Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions about Dubsado set-up services and other offerings we have.

A. We accept payments through Stripe using credit cards or ACH.
A. We offer payment plans for DFY and DWY Dubsado set-up of 50% up front and 50% upon project completion, but before the offboarding call.
A. All DFY and DWY Dubsado set-up programs come with lifetime access to our Client Training Library as well as our exclusive Dubsado Offboarding Guide.
Done for You Dubsado Set-up typically takes 2-3 weeks once the implementation questionnaire is returned (after the System Strategy Call.)
Once you book your set up with me, I’ll send over your onboarding questionnaire and a scheduler to book your Systems Strategy Session.
We’ll have your Strategy Session and plan your dream client experience for each of your services, then I’ll send over the Implementation questionnaire to collect any remaining information that I need to complete your set-up.
You’ll get updates on your set-up as I work through everything. Once everything is complete, I’ll contact you for final payment and to book your offboarding call.
No. I’ll give you my offboarding guide to guide you through the steps to test out your new system and learn how to use them. You’ll also have 30 days of follow-up support and access to my Client Training Library.
I’ll work with you to correct any short comings or issues with your set-up. I’ve found sometimes, it’s just a matter of understanding how to use the system.
No. A website is helpful, but you don’t HAVE to have it to start using Dubsado.
You can link to Dubsado lead capture forms, schedulers and public proposals from emails and social media profiles.

No. If you want to truly get the best out of your Dubsado set-up, I’ll need to go over every piece of your Dubsado account with a fine toothed comb to make sure everything is set-up properly.
I’ll write every email and form to ensure that they create an incredible client experience and make your life easier.
Typically about four weeks if you’re able to spend at least an hour a day on it.
Absolutely! I have the course set to drip content out weekly to avoid overwhelm, but if you finish a week sooner, I’m more than happy to give you access to new content so you can bang it out faster.
