Nothing formal. It helps to have a rough sense of your current process and any pain points, but you do not need to prepare slides or notes. We will work through it together on the call.
what do I need to prep beforehand?
Yes. We stay focused on your workflow the whole time, so we move quickly. Most clients leave with a full plan and a short list of open questions answered, not homework to figure out what we should have covered. If you have more than 2-3 services, a second session might be necessary.
Is 90 minutes really enough time to map out all of my services?
The Systems Strategy Session is $350 for 90 minutes.
What is the investment?
Many clients use the Strategy Session first and then move into the Done For You service once they know exactly what they need. If that is the direction you want to go, we can talk about next steps at the end of the call.
